Your Profile

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the legalization of employment and residence of foreign nationals
Very good command of Russian
Practical knowledge of labour law regulations and legalization procedures
Strong communication and organizational skills
Independence, accuracy, and a high sense of responsibility

Your Tasks

Independently managing processes related to the legalization of residence and employment of foreign nationals
Preparing and compiling documentation related to residence and work legalization (work permits, national visas, UK visas, residence cards, driver cards, certificates of good conduct, and driver certificates)
Representing the company before public institutions (District Labour Office, Voivodeship Office – Foreigners Department, Border Guard)
Monitoring the validity of residence documents and permits
Cooperating with administrative authorities and building effective working relationships
Providing advisory support on regulations concerning the employment of foreign nationals
Participating in international legalization projects (Asia, Africa, South America)
Supporting and sharing knowledge with junior team members
Assisting HR administration processes (document verification, cooperation in hiring processes)
Participating in onboarding of new employees
