• Experience in a similar position (in a company or public administration).
• University degree in law (or in the final years of legal studies).
• Excellent knowledge of immigration law and practical procedures for legalizing the work and stay of foreign employees — both in Poland and in selected foreign jurisdictions (preferred regions: EU / Eastern Europe).
• Readiness to work with international employee immigration processes (work permits, visas, cross-border employment).
• Good command of English, both spoken and written (knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage).
• Practical knowledge of civil law, commercial law, and personal data protection (GDPR).
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to propose and implement practical, non-standard solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High level of accuracy and reliability in meeting deadlines.
• Proactive, cooperative attitude and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders

• Conduct legal analysis in the field of immigration law and prepare recommendations for the business.
• Continuously monitor, interpret, and implement within the organization any changes in regulations concerning the employment of foreign nationals.
• Provide legal support for the Company’s operations in foreign markets, particularly in matters related to employee mobility.
• Participate in projects aimed at optimizing and standardizing immigration processes.
• Collaborate with other organizational units and manage internal communication on legal and immigration matters.
• Maintain contacts with external law firms, courts, and public administration authorities.
• Support the Legal Department in day-to-day tasks, including drafting legal opinions and documents related to civil, commercial, corporate, transport law, and the CMR Convention.
